On Sunday, Novmeber 11, we left the New York Harbour to continue our journey to the Bahamas! We got stuck on the bottom on our way out of the Lincoln Harbour Yacht Club Marina but we got off and out into the Hudson River again. We made a stop in Liberty Landing Marina to top up on fuel because the marina we stayed at still did not have power at their fuel dock. After that we were off, headed for the Atlantic Ocean. As we were leaving the New York Harbour we pasted the Statue of Liberty and many anchored ships and barges. We went under the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and out into Gravesend Bay. We passed Coney Island and Sandy Hook and then we were finally in the ocean. We motored for about 9 hours and then anchored in Shark River at about 7:00pm.
